CFAS Policies

Refunds & Transfers
All deposits for classes, workshops and artist demonstrations are non-refundable. No exceptions. All workshop deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, however, if you are unable to attend a workshop or class for which you have paid-in-full , you may request a non-transferable credit of 50% of the total workshop fee to another class or workshop no later than forty-five days prior the scheduled start of the workshop.  Requests made after forty-five days prior to the scheduled start of the workshop are automatically denied regardless of workshop status.

It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance, which can protect you by refunding monies paid if you need to cancel your trip due to an emergency. Travel insurance is very affordable and can protect you in other ways as well.

CFAS reserves the right to cancel any class, limit class size, change class times or substitute instructors for those listed in the schedule. If a class is cancelled by CFAS, students may choose to receive a full refund or may transfer.

If CFAS cancels for any reason, all payments can be refunded.
