We will learn how atmosphere, time of day and topography effects our observation of skies.

Ned Mueller is a Designated Master (OPS and AIS). This workshop will focus on the process of doing value and color studies as preliminaries to larger studio and plein air paintings. These small studies (usually around 6″x8′ or so) are for our own enlightenment in working out the main design and color of whatever we have in mind to do. They can save a lot of time and effort before going into a larger painting.
